The property is part of 4 apartment blocks about 10 minutes walk from terminal 3. The apartments are all of similar design and I've stayed in several previously. This particular apartment has been the best by far, the owner having obviously taken some pride in the cleanliness and appointment of their property. The room is large, spotless, all utensils necessary provided, Netflix, 25mps internet, etc. The complex itself is very well maintained and security is excellent.

I ONLY HAD POSSIBLY 3/4 HOURS TO SPEND AT ONE PALM TREE VILLAS. I ARRIVED LATE INTO MANILA AND HAD A VERY EARLY FLIGHT THE NEXT MORNING :( I WOULD HAVE RATED MY STAY 10/10 BUT GAVE IT 8/10 BECAUSE I WAS JUST SO RUSHED TO CONTINUE WITH MY JOURNEY. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT FOR WALKING OUT OF TERMINAL 3 AND THERE IS A CLASSY SHOPPING MALL FOR AN ATM ETC (SHOPPING TOO, IF THAT IS YOUR DESIRE). THE ROOM WAS OF A HIGH QUALITY AND SPOTLESS AND I WISH I HAD HAD LONGER TO ENJOY IT :) IF

Everything! Mam Jinggle is very friendly and very welcoming. It’s rare to find an owner who understands your situation and is willing to ajdust with the circumstances. She made sure that we had a nice and comfortable stay in her property. Highly recommended and will definitely book with her again. The accommodation is very convenient to everything such as shops, restaurants, mall, church and near the airport. The room is very clean , comfy and has good ambiance. Thank you Mam Jingle for everything! Hope to see you again soon! ❤️😊

Really a very good, clean and cozy apartment, enough space for two people. A very friendly hostess and good communication. Close to terminal 3. Security at the entrance gate gives a safe feeling.

Great location. Easy walking distance to airport and Newport mall and eateries. Very clean and everything in good condition - this apartment is better than most in the complex because the owner takes more care😊

Firstly, the location (as we were only in Manila for a layover) it was super close to terminal 3. Within walking distance over the highway using the sky bridge. Secondly, the condo was clean and in well kept condition. An ideal place to rest and relax. Thirdly, Jingle was very accommodating, very good with communication and helpful for some tips about the area.

Such a beautiful & spacious apartment located in a prime area of Manila! It’s handy having the washing machine there and there’s everything in the kitchen for a couple. I’m looking forward to the next time 😍 Thank you Jingles, see you next time 🤗

Found this place to be safe, clean, and convenient. The host went out of her way to make her feel welcome - including a late-night pick-up and late check-out. Pleasant neighborhood with shops, restaurants and street food within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

Amazing place clean and very accessible for everything you need the most important thing is very close to the airport. No hassle just walking distance from the airport. Absolutely best recommended. 5 star 👍
